Finding Inner Harmony During Times of Change by Reflecting
While the universe is certainly calling us toward growth and new possibilities, there’s another side to this week's energy—a need for deep introspection and clarity. Before we charge forward into the new, we’re invited to slow down, take a breath, and align with our inner sense of peace and balance.
This period of reflection offers us the chance to revisit our values. Are we making choices that truly align with our principles of inclusion, harmony, equality, and compassion? Are we reacting to external pressures, or are we creating space to tune into what feels right for us? By creating inner harmony, we’re better able to handle external changes with grace and openness.
