This policy (together with my Website Terms of Use) sets out the basis on which any personal data I collect from you, or that you provide to me, will be processed by me. Please read the following carefully to understand my views and practices regarding your personal data and how I will treat it. For the purpose of the USA Data Protection Laws 2018, EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the new German Privacy Act (BDSG-new), UK Data Protection Act 1998 (the Data Protection Acts and Regulations); the data controller is Life Coach Melody, 117 East 37th Street, #510, Loveland, CO 80538 (Business Address).

1. Information which may be collected from you
I may collect and process the following data about you:

Information you give me. You may give me information about you by filling in forms on the Site or by corresponding with me by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use the Site, request a quote, subscribe to my marketing database, subscribe to my service, search for a product or service, place an order on my site, participate in discussion boards and forums, blogs, Members’ Portals, or other social media functions on my site, enter a competition, promotion or survey, and when you report a problem with the Site. The information you give me may include your name, address, email address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph, amongst other information.
Information I collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to the Site I may automatically collect the following information:
- technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;
- information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from the Site (including date and time); pages you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call my customer service number.
Information I receive from other sources. I may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites I operate or the other services I provide. I am also working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.

- as part of my efforts to keep the Site safe and secure;

I may share your personal information with any member of my group, which means any subsidiaries, any ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries.

Business partners, suppliers and subcontractors for the performance of any contract I enter into with them or you;

5. Where I store your personal data
The data that I collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the USA and European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the USA and EEA who work for me or for one of my suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your enquiries, the processing of your payment details and/or the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. I will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information you provide to me is stored on my servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where I have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. I ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although I will do my best to protect your personal data, I cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once I have received your information, I will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

You have the right to ask me not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. The Data Protection Acts and Regulations give you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Data Protection Acts and Regulations.
